Great list Ray. I haven't heard of a couple of them. The Egyptian one is approved by the Coptic Church. Very well documented as well.

(I thought I heard a woman near Como Park in St. Paul has been seeing things - after she fell off a barstool...ROFL!)

Thanks, Ray

My understanding of "approval" is that it means "worthy of belief". I further believe that there are no formal approvals of apparitions.

Certainly Dei Verbum, Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation, teaches that there is NO public revelation post Christ, emphasis on public. http://www.vatican.va/archive/hist_councils/ii_vatican_council/documents/vat-ii_const_19651118_dei-verbum_en.html

I should have known that information about public and private revelation, Pat. Thank you for providing it. And the good reference to Dei Verbum.
