Crosiers face Shoreview neighbors' objections to property sale

Neighborhood distrust toward a Roman Catholic religious order accused of several instances of past sex abuse is complicating the sale of its Shoreview property to a developer.

The Crosier Fathers and Brothers, founded in Minnesota in 1922, owns about 3 acres in a shady hollow adjacent to St. Odilia and Island Lake elementary schools.
