The Southwest Journal (the community newspaper of southwest Minneapolis) has a story on Visitation Catholic School in it's April 9-22nd issue.
The story has the usual positive/negative news that we've come to expect regarding inner-city Catholic schools. However, Visitation is a very good school. I grew up in that area of Minnneapolis and Visitation has long been perceived as a quality school. The story quotes a couple who actually live in my neighborhood in St. Paul but they chose to send their kids to Visitation on the recommendation of Mr. Dale Ahlquist, who is known as the President of the American Chesterton Society.
