"hookey"? Is that one of the words the Bishops are debating whether or not to include it in the new translation?

Is that Latin or some obscure Syrian-Aramaic word that somehow survived the translation butcheries of decades past?

How is that conjugated?

hoke-hoked-hookey-hooka-booya-heyya?

Ooops. I might have known that St. Blog's Parish resident librarian (or is liberrian?) would catch me on a word/offense that I may never have been guilty of (in grade and high school, for sure; I won't take about college).

Hooky!
