Join St. Thomas’ Knights of Columbus council for an event on Thursday, March 18, to thank the university’s priests during this “Year for Priests.”
Pray the rosary at 5 p.m. and come to Mass at 5:30 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas. A free dinner reception follows in the lower level of St. John Vianney Seminary. RSVP by Monday, March 15, to Stephen Geer if you would like to attend the dinner reception. (Dinner is limited to 150 guests.)
Pope Benedict XVI declared a “Year for Priests” beginning with the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 19, 2009. The year will conclude in Rome with an international gathering of priests with the Holy Father June 9-11, 2010.
