Alarming number. of Hispanic babies dying in Twin Cities

The number of Hispanic women who are losing babies has drawn the concern of advocates in the Catholic Church, which is a key support for the state's growing Hispanic community. The concern started last year with the Rev. Jose Santiago in Minneapolis' Holy Rosary Parish. He didn't have statistics; he just sensed he was presiding over too many babies' funerals.
