American business makes me so proud!

.
Johnson & Johnson, the pharmaceutical giant that uses a red cross as its trademark, sued the American Red Cross on Wednesday, demanding that the charity halt the use of the red cross symbol on products that it sells to the public.

I guess pharmaceutical companies must be hurting.

You HAVE to be kidding. The Red Cross should demand that J&J quit using THEIR trademark. There must be some attorneys some where with out a lot to do thinking up dumb things like this.
