Sacrilege in Minneapolis: Ladies claim to be ordained as Roman Catholic priests

.
Yesterday an event was held in Minneapolis whereby two woman were said to have been ordained as Roman Catholic priests and three more were said to have been made deacons. For some reason, they wanted no advance publicity for what one would assume should have been a happy event.

You can read about it in great detail here on the blog of Michael Bayly, director of the Catholic Pastoral Committee on Sexual Minorities and the main reporter on most things disruptive, including the Rainbow Sash movement in the Twin Cities.

Hi Ray,

I’ve noticed that on a number of occasions you’ve declared that I am an organizer with Rainbow Sash Alliance USA and, as such, have “instigated” and/or planned various Rainbow Sash events in the Twin Cities.

For the record, although I’ve participated in Rainbow Sash events, I am not (and never have been) in any type of leadership position or been an organizer within Rainbow Sash Alliance USA.

Peace,
