How come Terry never told me that Father Z was at St Agnes for All Souls Day

.
I'm going to have to take Terry off of my Christmas list. He neglected to tell me that Father John Zuhlsdorf, St Agnes boy, was concelebrating over there on Friday for All Souls Day and also today.

And I'm sure not going to invite him to the Holy Day performance, before a crowd of hundreds, of the little, still nameless, Gregorian Chant Schola, with which I get to hum once in a while. Put it on your calendars and arrive early (everybody but Terry). St Anthony of Padua, 8th Ave NE and Main St. 8:30 a.m. Saturday, December 8!

A friend informed me that: "Wanted to let you know that the Mozart Requiem sung for the Mass for All Souls at St. Agnes was beautiful and edifying. The priests were vested in Black and among the concelebrants/attendees were Fr. Zuhlsdorf, Fr. Kasel, and Fr. Welzbacher. And I think we all felt the presence of the spirit of Msgr. Schuler. Fr Ubel was the celebrant. He gave a wonderful homily/meditation on the sequence 'Dies Irae'. Today at 8:30 Mass at St. Agnes, Fr. Zuhlsdorf presided and gave a thought provoking homily on today's readings. Had a chance to chat with him briefly--he was vested in classic Roman Catholic traditional vestments including a maniple!"

Dang, Dang, Dang, Dang, Dang, Dang!!!!!

I was there last year. It is a wonderful experience. I've now got my Outlook calendar set for next year and those following.
