The Primary Educators League, concerned parents of the Archdiocese of St.Paul-Minneapolis has recorded a program on which Sr. Fran Donnelly of the Chancery appeared and express great concern about some of her statements regarding the "Formation in Christian Chastity program, the Ian lesson plan, the Kerry lesson plan and "Talking About Touching (TAT)."
