Father Corapi to Speak at Archdiocesan Men's Conference at St Thomas on April 14

.
And this is a fine How-Do-You-Do! It's sold out! And rumor has it that this is Father Corapi's last year in which he will be giving retreats, missions and presentations.

And there is a full waiting list, too

That's what I get for waiting to the last minute.

The good news is probably that it has been 75 years since the Archdiocese has had a sold out men's event!

I wonder if there's any chance of attendees talking with Father Corapi? I think my cute husband is going to give it a try...I'll let you know if he succeeds.

Ah! I saw Fr. talk at our parish about a year and a half ago. What a great speaker! He really knows his stuff. I would love to hear his message just geared toward men. I'd be willing to bet it's full of macho images of "going off into spiritual battle" and stuff like that. He is one, amazing man and I, for one, am glad he's on OUR side!

A group of us saw Fr. Corapi in Hastings last April. I was just reviewing the notes from that talk, and here are some of his words of wisdom:

"A fetus is not a potential human...it is a human with potential."

"No Humility = No Holiness. No Holiness = No Heaven."

"We are all capable of doing great good and great evil."
