A Walk for Life benefitting Life Care Center East will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at Lake Phalen in St. Paul (Registration and the Walk begin at the Pavilion on the west side of the lake.)FFI call 651-776-2328 or www.LCCE.org or 891 White Bear Avenue, St. Paul MN 55106.

You get a free t-shirt for every $100 in pledges! You do not have to pre-register, you can just show up at Phalen on Saturday. You do not even have to walk at Lake Phalen on Saturday-you can turn in your pledges and donations as part of the event at any time.
All money raised will go towards the center's operation funds so they can provide the following services FREE OF CHARGE: pregnancy tests and counseling, ultrasound services, abstinence/chastity education, baby furniture and supplies, financial assistance, referrals for adoption and social services, emotional support.
LifeCare Center East has a serious need for the following donated items: diapers (all sizes), Similac Advance formula, baby clothes thru size 2 toddler, bottles, blankets, gently used strollers, bassinets, changing tables and pace & plays.
