While only a percentage of SJV's graduates
graduates go on to priesthood, those who
aren't ordained still bring their Catholic for-
mation into their communities, businesses
and families.
Of the men that begin studies at SJV, 35 to
40 percent will go on to ordination, according
to Father Baer. Eighty-five percent of the men
who end up graduating from SJV will go on to
major seminary; 70 percent who graduate
will become priests.
